Polyu diploma, PolyU transcript, PolyU Degree Certificate.  The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a public applied research university located in Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  Polyu was founded in 1937 as the Hong Kong Higher Technical Institute and renamed the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) in 1994. It is one of the eight statutory public universities funded by the University Grants Committee (UGC).
