In September 2016, the "Silicon Valley Center" of Taiwan University of Science and Technology was established in Silicon Valley, California, the United States. The center sent start-up teams to Silicon Valley for training, combined with alumni resources, and arranged enterprise visits and internships to help start-up teams meet international standards.
